Programme for Poson Poya Organized by IT Society

School Information Technology Society which always consider moral attitudes organized a programme of charity to help Mahaiyawa Home for the Elders on 06th June 2012. Members of the committee with the teachers In-charge visited elders and donated some essential needs.

Bhakthigeetha Competition for Poson Poya

Bhakthigeetha Competition was held on 1st June 2012 at the school premises. Teachers and the Students presented their performances and winners were rewarded.

Mal Perahera of Primary Section

Students of the Primary Section participated in Poson Malperahera to Gedige Viharaya on 1st June 2012 to commemorate Poson Festival.

Observing Atasil for Vesak Poya

All the students Grade 6 upwards observed atasil at Thapowana Aranya Senasanaya on 4th May 2012. The Principal and the Staff joined the programme.

Inter school Bathigee Competition

To commemorate Vesak Festival Bhakthigeetha Competition was held at Kandu City Center on 5th May 2012. Music Group of Hemamali Girls' College participated and rewarded for their performances.
